Tom Tiscione received his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Florida State University. He began his career in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, first managing a pilot program and strategic partnership between Hertz Corporation and Shurgard, then as Business Administrator for Iron Mountain, Inc. Prior to moving to California in 2007, Tom was Facilities Manager and Quality Control Manager for Iron Mountain, overseeing more than 2 million square feet of office and inventory space across multiple sites in the region.

In 2008, Mr. Tiscione joined CyberLease as a portfolio manager and obtained his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. He specializes in lease operating expense analysis and escalation audits for national clients, combining for over 50 million square feet of leased space across the U.S.  In 2024, following the retirement of Terry Barger, CyberLease’s founding principal, Tom became Principal and Managing Member of the firm. Each auditor on the team has worked at CyberLease for at least sixteen years, with designations including CPA, RPA and CPM.
